advice plz.i was driving home, yesterday and when i got to 60 stearing wheel started to shudder,anyone have any ideas what it might be thanks

Wheel balancing would be the first possibility, and cheapest to fix. Should cost a few pounds per wheel to have them balanced.

just get the front ones done first at least

You haven't been anywhere near skelmersdale by any chance?

One of these models is a grey import from Japan, where the makers only design them to do 60 m.p.h. as they are unstable above that speed . There was an accident on the M6 a couple of years ago where someone was killed when the car just went out of control while doing 70 m.p.h. plus.

hi thankyou all for your help.will go to bathers in the morning,mine is an import,bought it from by ikea 4yrs ago,didnt know about the 60 mile thing,i always had kids in the car so never went over 50,so thanks for that info,

Swap rears for the ones on the front and see if there's any difference.
