Hi people

Looking at getting a head skimmed, new valves and a possible port and polish, anyone know anywhere decent on the Wirral or local to. Want a decent job doing so no cowboys.

There is a lad off a Corsa Forum from Deeside way who does a good port, polish job, can try and get his number if interested.

Proven cars are Chip's RWD Let Nova etc...

Always used Birkenhead Engines, good on modern and classic engines. Had everything done from 1966 MK4 zephyrengine to modern multi point engines etc. I used to re-con Ford CVH engines, at least 1 a month, and they used to do all the machining on them and supply the gasket sets. Think they have split tho now, half up just off Cleveland St and the other half on Kelvin Rd, Seacombe.

Birkenhead Engine Centre have not split up they are still going strong they are now in Brook Street and have been for a couple of years now
