i took my headunit out the other day to plug my ipod into it, when i turned it back on it was really quiet so i turned the balance all the way to the rear (infinty 6x9s) and theres no sound from either of them. no leads came out the wiring harness behind the headunit so i dont know whats happened to them.
anyone got any ideas?
i dont no anything about this but try takin the ipod thing off an put it bk to wen it was normally working an see if it cud be the ipod thing. Check all wires 6x9's etc an connections thats all i can think of
Im assuming you disconnected the battery (ie. the source of power) when you did this?
It sounds very much like a connection has come off somewhere mate. Double check everything.
no didnt need to disconnect the battery it was only goin into the line in on my headunit. the 6x9s aren't runnin off an amp. the only thing i can think of is that the harness has just come unclipped a bit and its not connected properly. i will chech tomorrow. cheers for the help everyone.
