First off i forgot the camera but will be trying to get some pictures up from other websites for you to have a look.

Arrived just before 8pm at Meadowhall Retail Park in Sheffield after a drive up over the moors and along a road with the most speed cameras i have ever seen. 3 Tru velos which arent painted yellow and 3 sections of average speed cameras on a nice open 60 limit road frown thank god for the road angel smile

On arrival cars were already there and you could sense it was going to be a big one, after a quick detour for some food we parked up in amongst the thick of it all only to be mobbed by a cameraman from www.streetexposure.com asking for pictures of the cars for a new website he is creating so we obliged.
After several pictures he was asking about the cars etc and i happened to mentioned flames so more pictures were taken of big furry orange flames coming out of my car (will try hunting for the pictures later in week)

All settled down after that and we were left in peace, with cars still pouring in from all over the country, Doncaster, Pontefract, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Newcastle to mention just a few there were plenty of different looking cars to go and have a look at.

A few that come to mind are,
A nice wide arch corsa in a blue and silver split paint effect.

Another corsa this time light blue with full body kit on with 5 exhausts out of the back. It was low, didnt actually see how it got over the speed ramps but im suspecting hydraulics.

The exhausts UK demo van with 7 tailpipes in varying size and design.

A mint white c reg Escort RS Turbo which was up for sale and may have had potential buyers until he decided to rev the nuts off it to produce some loud bangs out of the exhaust.

A black wide arch kit Ford Ka

A deep blue Nissan Skyline R34 Nur Spec (i think)

Nice kitted up vauxhall calibra

Silver Evo 7

Obviously there were more but with not having the camera i couldnt remember them all.

After an hour there must have been getting on close to 400 cars there and the atmosphere was great and no police in sight.

A few cars decided to do some handbrake turns and macdonalds tray stunts in a lower empty section of the car park which was well away from everyone. Fair play to the lad in the Blue Escort RS2000 he was doing well and decided to demonstrate his burnout skills too.

Must have been getting on for 10pm now and still no police but the helecopter turned up and was circling overhead to keep an eye on things, so a few decided it was time to go.
After half an hour of circling the helecopter went so it was time for a final walk round then head for home via the petrol station.

Well done to all who organised this one, was trouble free and a good night.
Arrived home around 1am this morning after a steady drive back the long way round on the motorways to miss all of the speed cameras.

Was a wicked event glad you made it over babes smile Saw the car but never got a wee chance to say hi was to busy selling calenders and giving out stickers lol

Dave (The cameraman) is the sheffcruise photographer, does all the photo's for sheffcruise etc and comes to every one of the meets also

The wee corsa posted up there belongs to Adam who posts now and again and comes to most of our meets, it does have hydraulics as well and even with that he still manages to scrape it wink

The lil ka you've also posted is going into the bodyshop in 2 weeks for a full makeover so watch this space.

As for the police, we had 1 police car turn up all night, who fined a lad £30 from notts for hanging out the sunroof getting video action,(but cruisenotts av got 1hrs worth of footage) some drag racing did start but was soon stopped as we have minor's there and didn't really want any accidents as it was against our rules etc,

Glad all had fun and hope to see you at the next one laugh
