I've just looked at the map
http://www.1418now.org.uk/lights-out/search/
and Wirral doesn't seem to be doing anything to acknowledge this moment. No churches, council offices, groups, societies etc. Either that or things have been planned and not been registered on the website. Does anyone know if any organisations are observing this, please?
Wallasey Royal British Legion will be remembering every man and woman who lost their lives in WW1 - join us for 'lights out' 10.00 pm to 11.00 pm on Monday 4th August - all welcome.

I do not know anymore details- copy and paste job. smile
I'm glad it's happening somewhere on Wirral, that's good. Thanks.
Which legion is it at rude?
