AN Easter Bonnet Run in aid of Clatterbridge Centre For Oncology takes place tomorrow at the Queen's Hotel in Park Road East, Birkenhead.

The event is organised by the Wirral and Chester branch of Hash House Harriers running club, currently celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Monday's run, starts at 12pm. Doors will open at 11am to register. Entertainment will be provide by 7Waves Radio station.

The fee to join the run will be £5 but children under 14 can take part for free.

So get out your Easter Bonnets and come along for a fun packed run, the only competitive side to the run will be if you can find the eggs on the way round.

On the day there will also be a raffle for a Giant Easter Egg and other prizes.

The Hash House Harriers is a non- profit making social, non-competitive running club.

There are clubs in most major cities around the world, with around 2000 clubs in 140 countries.

Year round many clubs have 'events' to celebrate landmarks for that club or the area, International events such as the 14th World Interhash UK 2004 held in Cardiff with 98 counties represented.
