Book Launch 19th Nov: The Tam O'Shanter Chronicles - 17th Nov 2011 2:51pm
This Saturday 19th November, from 1pm to 4pm at Tam O'Shanter Urban farm, Bidston, CH43 7PD, author Vee Gatrell will be signing copies of her new book; this is a children's tale set on the farm, full of adventures, with more than a tinge of fantasy about it.
Illustrated with her own delicate line drawings, this is a must for urban farm fans of all ages, and will be on sale for £5 per copy, all profits going directly to help the farm. It would make a great Christmas gift! The Mayor of Wirral will be attending the launch at 1pm.
If you can't make it on Saturday, the book will be available from the farm shop which is open at weekends, and when volunteers can be found to staff it at other times.
