Im in desperate need of a WORKING WASHING MACHINE, the 1 I have wont rinse or drain.

It may just as cheap to get yours repaired. There are plenty of good engineers out there. I recommend Neil Davies, he's in Little Sutton but covers most of the Wirral. It's worth a call, 0151 339 7441 or 077494 71780.
