Dont forget to check the diameter of the collars - they come in different sizes and have different spanners.

You can also wrap some rag round the collars and use water pump pliers, or use a hammer and screw driver to tap them round

I have 2 somewhere, if you're stuck I can dig them out but it won't be until tomorrow afternoon
