Hi, does anyone have, or know where we can find, a set of bowls going cheap (or better still, free) for a beginner? My friend's interested in learning to play. Thanks a lot.

I have a set of bowls hardly used 2lb 10oz with 2 full bias £20 and can deliver any where in Wirral for £5.

Hi, thanks so much, I've just phoned her and she's at the club right now. The people there said those would be too heavy for her, she needs 2lb 4 or 2lb 6 (I don't know the first thing about them myself). I'll edit the original post to that effect. She said to say thank you!
