Looking into getting a double storey side extension and single storey rear.
Could anyone recommend a builder who will also do planning?

Hopefully planning permission wont be an issue as several other houses in the street have had similar things done.

Don't forget you will also need Building Regulations approval as well as planning, and also potentially Party Wall issues may be relevant.
