I have one my self,its a Webley stingray .22 4x9x40 scope I think.just finding a place to go now.I have been up to sealand shoot school as they have a range.Thinking of getting a PCP as they are quieter,mine has a modorator on,but still sounds loudish if you know what I mean?

Any one with a farm would be glad to rid of vermin..rats in the barn,rabbits damaging crops,crows,etc.wood pidgeons you can eat..mmmmmmm as with rabbit pie and the crust stays up too..lol

just kidding, Woodys Rats and targets. Just ordered myself some Promtheous pellets I can also shoot in a scrap yard owned by a mate.

Yes, I used to use Prometheus pellets - very impressive

I used to use a Mk8 torpedo, now that's impressive.

If any one has any land or knows some one with a farm and would let myself and maybe another shoot on there land with a pellet or shotgun I would be very greatful,I am a member of Sealand shooting school and in BSAC and fully insured.Thanks for any help on this in advance....regards Dave.

looks nice that mate, laser & spotlight hey... I could of done with that before when it was turning dark. This rifle is just to do me for now, I might get a real good on later.

The moderator screws off,I took it to bits[nosey bugger]to see what was inside and it had a load of washer like rings.I got it second hand for a tenner.I will get a better one when I get a few bob.Its quite heavy now too with the light,laser and silencer,but would take off if going out in the day I think,but may be not.looks the part...cheers

I have .22 Weirauch HW97K Mk 1 with a Nikko Sterling 4-12 Scope,
Sportsmatch Mounts, Bushwacker scope covers etc etc.
It's an absolute beast of a gun which can drop pellet after pellet on a 12mm target at 30yds from a rested shot.
Absolutely spot on with H&N Field Target Trophy Pellets and almost as good with Eley Wasps if I remember.
I bought the Prometheus/Paragon pellets years ago when they first came out. They were an alloy pellet with a green plastic sleeve which you pressed onto the back end of the pellet.
This made the pellet into a conventional 'bullet' shape.
People were raving about them at the time and to be fair, when shot though British guns they were very accurate, allegedly.
Shot through German barrels they were bloody awful.
I was lucky to get a 40mm group at 30 yds.

3 hours today and not 1 kill
