Otherwise just go to somewhere like Moscrops or Bakewell and Horner. We rented 5 years ago just for 7 months and B & H were really good and helpful.

Very good Landlord if you want housing in Wallasey area. You need references and a deposit. The deposit is two months rent in advance but then you have the first two months without having to pay anything more =) all the properties i have heard about from this place are clean, reasonable well decorated and most have central heating and double glazing.

Hell before we moved into our house the Landlord sent someone round to fit energy saving bulbs and smoke detectors in every room!

do you mean the one on highfeild crescent ?i can gett the number odf the letting agency.its a nice house and she has done it up nice.
If this is the 2 bed end terrace, Moscrops have taken it off the market (sold?) - it was £525/month.
