Get onto eBay - I bought Ridge Racer Type 4 on there a few weeks ago, also for the PlayStation, and it cost me 99p with free delivery (99p starting price, I bid on it at last few minutes with no other bidders)... it cost the seller about £1.20 in PayPal fees, eBay fees and postage haha!
