FOR WORK
Come Lads some 1 must have 1 lying around not being used
Need a grinder to start a job in wales on a car and there,s no power there at the mo
plz help guys ?
Is it to borrow or buy, if it is to buy your best best is the ryobi one from band q, but get your batteries and harger from screw fix as they are doing some great deals, infact you might be able to get the grinder from screw fix. Make sure you go for the battry deal on the lithium one and charger and drill, its £80 and should be £180., this will cost you around £150 for a baterry, charger, drill, and grinder.
i,ll have a look nice one
no worries, thats the setup im using for work, Its the best valuve for money, especially the lithium ion deal, that battery will keep you goingg for a while too in the angle grinder, they really suck the juice from the 18 batteries.
http://www.screwfix.com/prods/38795...LK-1820-1-x-2-4Ah-Li-Ion-Battery-ChargerCheers wheels, this is the battery but you gat a drill and its on offer for £80ish. use the one by the rock retail, oppersite the peugot garage
YERR
THANKS GUYS
so dont you get a battery with the grinder ?
no, all of ryobis tools are supplied with out battery and charger, makes sence as if you have lots of their cordless range (which I do) you would end up with alot of wasted batterys and chargers. Kepps the price of the tool down too. I have used them for a long time now and cant fault them for the money.
cool thanks for the info i think i might invest in 1
Stay clear of Ryobi Ni-Cad batteries, they're sh*te
my arse they are joe, do you own one to proove it, and are you comparing them to a much more expensive brand ?
I do mate, I have a ryobi drill and it lasts 2 minutes - shite
I'm not saying ryobi isnt good for the money, but their Ni-CAD batteries last as long as summer did last year
Makita all the way
Strange, I use mine all the time and can honestly say I have no problems what so ever !!!!! It must be you joe ya big wazzock
makita's not cheap bud, thats the only problem, I think the cordless grinder is £200+
Yeah, I dont use mine that regularly, so maybe thats why the battery is crap.
Makitas are coming down in price and if you can afford it, one of the best quality tools IMO and will last
they are good, I will agree !
there is a Makita on ebay 4 £60 with 2 batterys and a charger
Great price that.
If its new, up to £150 is a bargain
cool whats up with yours you wanna sell it man ??
Great price that.
If its new, up to £150 is a bargain
