You need someone who is "part P" registered, and will issue you with an electrical certificate, otherwiseyour home insurance will be void and you could face a huuuuuuge fine.

I cant do it as i dont do domestic installs so aint part p registered, whoever does it dont be put off if he checks all your earth bonding is in place before he gives u a price first ie earth cable to water stopc**k and gas incomer etc, as this is what he should do, and like above post says make sure you get electrical certs for the job.
