Could be anything, but it's gotta last me around 10,000 miles and be MOT'd til at least September. Looking for stuff under £200 or under £300 if it's taxed til September. Not on here much atm so text/call me 07909 552380 or email [email protected]

Please no: Fiat Unos/Tipos, or bubble-shaped Micras. I won't be seen dead in them! (no offence meant to any owners of these cars!)

Cheers all, see ya 'round.

k reg corsa 3 half months mot, 6 months tax, 80k, burgundy mett, 1.2 litre, 3dr, 3 wheel trims, £350

or

L reg corsa 1.5 diesel, 2 months tax, 5 months mot, purple, 3 dr, air holes in front of bonnet, 108k, £350

BTW the only car you`ll get for £200 is an uno, mk1 micra or tipo and you know it. Wake up to reality and buy one of my bargain cars chief

Sorry mate I need 6 months MOT minimum, looking for something I can hand into the scrappy before I leave for Oz mid September.

MK1 micra I can handle, it's the mk2 bubble that i think is fugly.

whoa whoa whoa...the k11 micra "bubble one " is good..as long as you get the pre facelift one as its less femine...the ones after that are absolutly hideous..and for £300 i seriously cant see any car better for what you want..especially for bein used for 10,000 miles..pretty damn rapid as well (ya can tell ive got one)

Sounds good Andy, but if I bought something for that much I'd need to be able to sell it by clicking my fingers. Looks like I could be getting a vw caddy and selling it to my dad as a project before I leave for Oz, seen this one on eBay, lets hope it stays within his price range:

3 Counties in Moreton were sellin a Lada for £95 in the paper the other day. They usually sell car's with an MOT, and I think it was a 1100cc so the tax would only be £60 for 6 months lol... so within your budget.

Good luck matey, a car with 6 Months ticket and rent normally set you back more than £300, unless you settle for something like the Lada Matty Suggested.

TBH Your prolly best looking out for something with a decent test and sort the tax yourself - at least your not gonna have to get it though its annual inspection....

Try searching the small ads in the local papers and the PX's at some of the garages, even ebay and search on local cars by "Distance - nearest first"

The Auctions are another possibility, but they generally fetch a decent price when they can be driven home....
