Good heads up there. I will add the laws are not particularly new, introduced Sept 2012. Another good site for advice is Pepipoo. Parking prankster for a humourous and informative slant on them.
My particular bete noire is ANPR Ltd at the Cherry Tree centre in Liscard. Have defeated these for myself and others (including on here) many times. They are a very poor Operator. Take it all the way to a POPLA appeal and correctly defended you WILL win. Never pay these particular Operators.
