please can anyone tell me if i wud have grounds 2 complain about the police bailing a child sex offender within 1/4 of mile of where we live because the bloke in question is the one we reported 2 the police 4 various inappropriate incidents with our kids but who never got charged coz our girls forgot 2 keep an abuse diary but is being charged in relation 2 another under-age girl! He knows it was my daughter and her friend who gave the police the information in 1st place so how can they bail him so close?
If it hasn't happened already, I wonder if it is possible to have a chat with the Crown Prosecution Service about the offence that got dropped. I'd have thought including other cases wouldn't weaken the one they are using to convict.

Costs nothing to put a complaint in to the police, have they investigated thoroughly or is there a possible deal on the table for him to admit to other offences to make him look good?

I wouldn't have thought that many cases involving kids have accurate diaries involved.

Goto www.cps.gov.uk for details of there complaints procedure..
if the police cant help you out. then there is only one thing for it at least let other people in your direct area know. there children may be at risk of a possible sex.. offender in your area awaiting sentence.. and name and shame him on this post .. i would advise childrens parents be aware of this person in the area. but please keep a diary of his doings with a time and date.also a call to the social services they will put you in contact with the people that will help are the social services involved yet i think they must be. if so tell them your concerns ..we need thease people that muck about with kids named and shamed
Name an shame him because he deserves a lot more than a prison sentence, I no you maybee worried incase u get in trouble but if that happend to my kids id have him lynched before the police we're even phoned
why dont you go to your police station and ask to make an appointment with the main inspector and mention your concerns to him to complain and if i was you name and shame the dirty barstard on here put his name and address and approx age and area so everyone on here who reads this can keep an eye on there children
ohh forgot to mention its not uncomon.for the police to bail a sex offender just remember this you could be saving a little child from this person by naming him or even giving the last name and road would help let people in the area with children be safe ..

Police r rubbish I say name an shame is the way forward

Am all for name an shame, but we have rules...use ye Pms...... happy
If he has been bailed awaiting sentencing can we not assume he has been found guilty? If that is the case why can he not be named on the forum? He would be named on a news website.

If his name is in the paper then yes we can but it's not..coz he has been bailed for sentencing dont mean he is guilty....

Wirral man admits child sex offences

A Leasowe man has admitted child sex offences.

Geoffrey Massey, of Twickenham Drive, has pleaded guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to two offences of sexual activity with a child under 16, causing her to engage in sexual activity and making indecent photographs.

The offences took place between July and September last year.

His barrister Lee Bonner said that 54-year-old Massey was "under no illusion what the likely sentence will be."

Judge William George further remanded him on bail to await sentence on November 26.

THE WIRRAL GLOBE

hi, yeah the dirty b*****d i mentioned IS GEOFFREY MASSEY formerly of Twickenham Dr Leasowe! I say 'formerly' as we have seen his car parked outside a house in Liscard less than 1/4mile from where my daughter, 1 of his victims lives since the idiot in power granted him bail 2 await sentencing after pleading guilty of series of sexual offences with a minor! No matter wot sentence he does get this wk there's no way it'll be long enuff 4 wot my daughter an her m8 had 2 endure! Hope he rots in hell! :-(
hi shazza,he may well of been granted bail if he has not been in trouble with the police before. sad but this is how it works.
i'm involved in the david sparks case at the moment and can tell you how dissapointed a lot of us were that he was also bailed after entering a gulty plea.

the one thing you or your daughters could do (don't know how old they are sorry or how long ago they made statements) is contact the police again.

My heart goes out to you and the kids Shazza. Frankie Boyle has just lost a fan, me, watched his show last night and he makes light of these barstard who do things to kids. He goes on about it so much I think his hard drive might be worth a look at by the authorities.
big difference between making jokes about sex offences and actually commiting them, boyle is a 'shock' comedian, if i watch a film where someone gets murdered, that doesnt make me a murderer.

I'm sure frankie would like to see paedos get what they deserve as much as any of us.
