First of all...ouch..

Secondly....I hope you're okay apart from that

Thirdly, there are LOTS of accident at work specialist solicitors in this area, probably the best known are Rooneys (Paul Rooney), although EAD are quite good as well.

Most will handle it on a no win no fee basis just pick one that you feel comfortable with and will do the best job for you, not for them.

Good luck

Fkin hell Kyle lad, that sounds well nasty. Thats a proper injury, deffo get a claim for that, especially if the employer was negligent or completely liable.

Id recommend RMNJ - this may interest you as well from them - http://www.500poundsupfront.com/

Deffo get a claim in for that matey, the solicitors will advise you and assist you every step of the way. Ill av to pop down n see the results sometime!

I have used Brian Camp solicitors birkenhead, for 3 different accidents now they are useful had compensation on all of them. and they do all the work for you. you should give them a call.

Sorry to hear you've been hurt Kyle. On another point which is a legal requirement of your employer is to fill in a RIDDOR form. Make sure this has been done when you go in to sign paperwork. Here's a link telling you more about it.

http://www.hse.gov.uk/riddor/online.htm

Good luck with your claim.

You need to empty your inbox Kyle. Failing that, PM me.

Make sure you don't take any present off your employer for your "troubles" this could affect your ability to claim.
