i drive a fiat coupe 16v turbo

mods are dump valve, back box, air induction and boost guage - i know its not loads but its a pretty great car anyway. the sucking/blowing/spitting noises are pleasing though

yeah, think with the exhaust and induction should be tipping it just over 200 right now

can get another 30-40bhp by chipping/re-mapping the ECU but it aint cheap!

btw if u fancy taking me on sounds good if i get some lengths

yeah mate, the bonnet thing sure is cool, and the lines down the side look cool even if they are the first thing to get dirty from brake dust!

i actually saw a metallic marroon one not far from me but it didnt seem to be making much noise, non turbo perhaps - boooring!

don't know really, probably an ecu remap/chip as thats 30-40bhp straight away

those side skirt and front spoiler mods are good, but thatd mean a respray, and thatd mean i'd have to have it in black, which would mean getting the doors and dash done which starts adding up big time!

i like the way it looks anyway so visually i doubt it, its gorgeous and pulls much more pussy than the lotus eclat i swapped for it

it handles really, really well! i was dead against fwd sports cars until i got this (i assumed it was rwd... lol)

my escort mk6 is fwd, and im always making that dance around on its front wheels, but because of the traction control its much harder for the fiat to slip around like that, which is awesome

and of course because its fwd u can give it beans in corners and it just hangs on and goes!

oh yeah, if i still want more power after the chip i might get a replacement turbo

I remember a mate who had a 20V version, he did similar stuff, though he researched a panel filter and drilled airbox was better for power than an induction kit.

He sold it soon after he found out it was engine out to do a Cambelt and change the manifold which started blowing

yeh mine's had a full block rebuild

engine is plagued with same problems as the delta integrale due to it being the same engine (20v with added cylnder)

ebv is a common problem and hard to sort also

even if its not the best option for power i love the sound of the induction kit gulping in gallons of air whenever i put my foot down

btw if u ever plan on selling ur 180sx stuy let me know

TBH The airbox drilled sounded just like an induction kit, but I guess its personal preferance in the end.

As for the 180, sorry bud, thats here for the duration. I personally selected it for import and waited a tedious 5-6 months for it to get to the UK, and Ive since spent a small fortune on it
