I am looking for houses to rent in the Eastham or Bromborough areas, 2-3 beds. My fiancee and I are currently private tenants but Landlord is selling the property so need to move by Aug/Sept.

We are a professional couple, both working full time, non-smokers, no children, no pets. Full references and deposits can be provided.

Rented properties with local letting agents seem to be being snapped up so quickly at the moment, so I thought I would try a different approach to house-hunting.

Should have your 1st post better looking for private landlord, will keep a look out when out and about as I live in the area.
