Was John Lloyd a licencee at the Happy valley...For how long please

Yes he was, reported in the Birkenhead News, 7th May, 1919. License transferred to John Lloyd who was previously a licensee in Liverpool. The 1921 census records him being at 348 Borough Rd Birkenhead with his wife Florence and children. 348 was the Happy Valley public house.
