Hiya, Anyone know of any good therapeutic Pilate classes? one where the teacher caters for individual needs?

There used to be Pilate classes at Leasowe Rec. It was run by a person who hired one of the rooms rather than a council organised class. Phone the council call centre and see if they can help. I am sure there will be classes at one of the Leisure Centres.
