Usually, I just put memory card in and the option to 'copy pictures to P.C' pops up on screen. For some reason, this is not happening Anybody any ideas why? Is there another way to do this? Thanks.

Reboot Solves a thousand why not. You can turn off that prompt also. Open my computer. Select memory card. Navigate to pictures. Copy and paste. Hope that helps.
