hi does anybody on here know anything about these phones?i bought it second hand this morning and was told it was unlocked but when i put my sim in it its saying "enter network unlock control key"i haven't got a clue what this is and neither has the preivious owner?he assures me it is unlocked as he had a giff gaff sim in it and the phone says O2 when it comes on.thanks in advance.

giff-gaff use O2's network much like T-Mobile/Orange/EE

so it may actually not be unlocked but locked to O2 or anyone who uses their signal

Yes they can, the software is fairly straight forward to those who do the unlocking. I dont know wallasey too well but starlights in birkenhead market should be able to sort it.

Oh right, then i would advocate caution as there are scams aroung using imei numbers. Thanks for the reply.
