Does anyone have an xbox transfer cable that I could possibly borrow? Have fitted a new hard drive but need to transfer over the data from the old. Seems a waste to buy one for just one use.
Thank you

You dont need one!:) Get a decent size usb or portable harddrive and you can set up a partition on it to transfer all the stuff over. I did it when i got my new xbox

I had one but I gave it away to a friend at work. I'll ask him if he's still got it when I see him on Monday if that's any good to you.

Thanks chaps, Brian's suggestion worked. I'd attempted this in the past but didn't have a large enough USB memory stick.
An 8Gb stick, formatted on the XBOX transferred everything over a treat. There's no need to transfer across game installs or apps like iPlayer and the like as they can just be re-downloaded to te new drive.
Thanks again!
