Great card, was working fine when removed yesterday, I have never OC'd it. Has a 3x fan Windforce cooler on it, much better than you would get with a generic stock cooler. Amazon link here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GeForce-GTX670-Graphics-GDDR5/dp/B0080DXPHONo box, no cables. just the card. £75, (£30+ cheaper than a generic model on ebay!)
