Maybe she was but at that point she was only suspected of the offence, so not even a criminal. (which still wouldn't be a good enough excuse ), and I didn't see her bite his finger.
Also, the response from the by-standers, looks like they may have seen the same sort of thing before.

Were getting like the usa again as usual. Only without shooting people for small crimes.
Its a good job these things are filmed.
All jobs are box ticking exercises now..
Minimal staff and lack of training / competence coupled with lack of empathy or aggression.
I think the uks totally weak now. Police dont usually even turn up for most things. Minor crimes dont get seen to. Most druggy crimes end in no sentence or comm order as we have 85000 crims in jail...50% re offend rate...90 % increase in jail population in last 15 years.
Jails are human " warehouses" and thats all.
Police always back each other up...cover up.
Remb that wallasey lad who got compo off police after recording a copper saying hed fit him up and write up a crime that didnt happen.
Its your fundamental right to film the police.
