Hi, Does anyone have any idea of how much it will cost to replace a headlight connector in a Nissan Micra and any recommendations for who to do it ?? Thank You x

Do you mean the actual connector which pushes into the headlight bulb?

common fault on micras they get a bad connection overheat and melt !
botch is to use spade terminals but to do it properly you need to replace part of the loom
I am too old for this lark !!!

Yes turnip we think so, someone who had a look for us (not a mechanic) said we need it replacing.....know nothing about cars !!
Are we best just taking it to a garage ?

By the time I buy the part then add fuel to come to you I thought it was s fair price for a professional service

You don't understand I pay all those things it was just a quote inclusive of VAT
