Hi, my headlights don't seem to work even with changing the bulbs, could there be a fault somewhere else? Think it's strange that both don't work

Is this on dipped or full beam as well?

Aren't the dipped lights a separate bulb from the main beam and sidelights on this model? That would explain why the others work and dipped don't.

Could be a faulty switch.

Yes they are a separate bulb. Just thought it very strange that both headlights don't work at the same time

Maybe then one had not worked for a day or two and not been noticed and only when the other went was it obvious.

I know it might be stating the obvious but have you checked the fuses ? Main beam and dipped beam will be on separate fuses.

Yes indeed try fuses 6 and 24. If bulbs are ok then as Dilly says the fuse is the next point of interest.

It is unlikely to be the bulb if, as you say, you changed them both and still didnt work. It may be worth trying them in another vehicle or if you have access to a multi meter check for continuity.

If you`ve tried all the above and still nothing I would look at the Stalk module, I did one a while ago apparently the lad fitted higher wattage bulbs and burnt out the switch inside the module.
