How much do they want for it and whats the damage to it ?
I know allot of people who strip the car for parts and sell them via forums or good old e-bay....
Depends if you have anywhere to do this and if you can be bothered really.....

Its a golden oppertunity to modify the car and end up quids in.
What catagory write off is it ? C or D ??
If its Cat D then thats okay, if its Cat C then it would need a VIC Check before getting the log book back.

Spoon front bumper, your morrettes and carbon bonnet. There ya go lad, you've just payed for all that with your £900 of insurance money! Can find you a spoon front bumper, primed, for about £200. If you want me to just say the word Fastcarz sell carbon bonnets on the cheap, have a look at their sponsers link on the site.

All well and good buying it back but the chances of the car "feeling" the same again are slim to none. After i had a non-fault accident in the green escort it was repaired by a pro coachworks bodyshop at a cost of nie-on 3 grand but it eat felt wierd and eat suspension components and tires all the time after that,i had the tracking done once a month from different places but to no avail.Up to u but after my previous experience i wud never own a crashed car again
