Was it your fault?

Maybe your description of the accident wasn't good enough?

Did you/the other driver have any witnesses, are the witnesses telling the truth/are the biased?

If you really believe it wasnt your fault then fight your courner.

Insurance companies normally do 50 - 50 in disputes anyway.
And generally if the other person admits its there fault then your in the clear.

Its a mine field.

Dont forget you can get if i remember right
45mins Free consultation with any solicitor.
Take legal advice first kinky.

Hope that helps.

Sorry to hear about that Kinks.

I have been with Tesco's for a while now and they were very supportive and helpfull when I had my accidents.

All I can say is what webby has said about stand your ground.

Was there another person involved in the accident in another car?

If there was just keep to your guns about what you said.

Were there any police officers that came to the accident scene?

If there was then try to give him a call and see what he thinks about the accident. He should have given you his name, phone number, branch and his id number that is on his lapel on his arm..

I hope this helps. I know how frustrating and laborious accidents can be.

my excess is £150... smile (£688 Full Comp)

Id, fight the corner, tell them your not happy with it and you want to contest the decision or something. They cant just get away with blaming you. Could you not post up here what happened, and id get your mate to witness it.....
