Does anyone know of someone who can clean smoke soiled wooden furniture? After a fire the Insurance Company has written off virtually everything in my house as "beyond economic repair". We have some items in oak of great value to us and, to me, they look cleanable. Anyone with experience in this field who could help?

I managed to do this years ago,i cant remember what i used but it was time consuming. I will have a think and see if i can remember the stuff i used, but,im guessing all these years later there will be a restoring cream that will do it now.
