Anyone having problems with their tv?
I live in New Brighton and my tv keeps going off,saying no signal or bad signal.

Your sky dish or aerial will be shaking with the strong winds outside Jaki.
That will be the problem with your tv reception.
And you have put this thread in the for sale section laugh

no problems for me. i'm overlooking the dips from Warren Drive so i'm expecting it to blow off and have to get a new aerial but so far all is well!

I'm up by SS Peter & Paul and last night we lost
Sky completely in the worst of the wind.
I have easy access to the dish and was able
to move it slightly and we got the signal back OK.
First time that has ever happened here.

Always problems the same as you mention, here (for myself)in Pensby/Thingwall area. It's OK on the BBC channels, but anything else is as you describe.

Having said that I do have water coming in through the arial. Comes out under the tele when the rain is really bad. Then I put the end of the arial into a mug and drain it. Fortunately the controls are on the opposite side on the tele.

I've put an aerial in the attic which works ok for me (no water or wind to affect it)
