Well, update time 1 year on.

Rey is doing well, I still own the car. Only upgrades recently is a 16v rear beam with a 22mm rear arb, 256mm front brake upgrade, polybush exhaust mount as the rubber one fell off, 1200s ariel, new set of wheels powdercoated white with T1R tyres, replacement rear turret, bit of welding in engine bay around front turrets, polished bonnet lifters.

Few pictures

Nice one mate, looking great!

Keep up the good work, you've looked after it well.

Good to see more modders on here and you've come back after a while gone.

What motors in your Saab?

Cheers Ste, had actually forgot about this website to be honest. The Saab, it's not mine it's my dads. B205, Trionic 7, not the engine your after.

Thanks Wal, It's been off the road for about 9-10 months so not likely to see it on the road soon as it needs a fair bit doing to it.

It is in bits. Needs a mountain of work doing to it, sills, arches, wings, round windowscreen, doors, engine mounts all chopped off.

Dont have any spare time for it.

Not doing a thread for the xr2 as already done most of the work.

Needs a caliper rebuild and tyres as all the sidewalls are cracked, oh and headlamp adjustment and its good to go.

Simply wow..... I take my hat off to anyone that takes on a car to do work (something I have recently done) I take it off again when it's a classic car, and when I discover it's a man of 19 I am blown away... I am 39 so I couldnt afford this car at your age, my first proper car was the 205 gti but I always fancied the mk2 get with digital dash!
