just wondering if any 1 been offered a JVC Chameleon cd headunit & 12 disc changer? as a bus driver on 5th jan 04 there was work bein done at the woodside depot, so i parked the car on chester street (bridge opposite <img border="0" alt="[cwplod]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions032.gif" /> shop / taxi rank) at 12.30pm. when i finished at 5.30pm i found drivers window and rear offside 1/4 light window smashed and headunit gone. went 2 <img border="0" alt="[cwplod]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions032.gif" /> and they said a bloke reported it 2 them at 3.30pm. so broad daylight and some tw*t bust 2 windows, climbed in and robbed cd. obviously couldn't get in rear door cos of deadlocks so bust drivers as well. nice. later found they had been into boot from inside and ripped out changer. oh aye, and a nice full length key scratch to the metal from rear 1/4 to front wing! coppers came and finger printed but nowt...but they did find blood on the rear window (glad the b**tards bled) when i made statement they said they knew who it was, just had to find him. aint heard nowt since. so just wondering if anyone been offered this gear, if so could u let me know? so ended up paying £100 xs, losing 2 years ncb, and insurance gone up £100 for this year. by the way if anyone has got it...i don't want it back, but i do have the remote for it! got nice new kenwood mp3 out of it, all repairs and paint done, so done me a favour really. I HATE THIEVING ..., WHO DO NOT RESPECT ANY 1 OR ANYTHING.

I'll keep my ear to the ground. But it's normally smack-heads who'll take that chance, I remember the North-End had loads of trouble with them...thought they'd clean it all up though?
