Hi, a friend of a friends bike was stolen. They have since recovered the bike but want the thief brought to justice. They have since got hold of a photo of the thief on their bike, but have no idea who it is or where the photo was taken. They are the one on the left bike, but info about either thief's would be useful to track hin down. Any info would be helpful, and will be passed onto the police. Thanks.

Looked like Manor Drive Meadway junction but its not Where was bike nicked from. Don't know how far they could have travelled without lids on before being reported.
looks like Hoylake to me. Hoyle Road area, but it isn't Hoyle Road. The white posts, fencing and grass verges are quite common around there.

Are they the same bikes? The front one in top image has 'L' plate on, bottom image has no 'L' plate. Both bikes have mirrors in bottom image but not in top?

L plates can fall off or be took off easily. And there is a mirror on the bike in top image.........
My friend shared their friends post on facebook when the bike was stolen, and they have been updating with any info they have since, including this photo that they were sent anonymously. They don't know why they were sent this photo, or where it came from either.
