What do you think of them?

Been browsing the different manifestos and I feel the 2 main parties are full of promises but do not explain in detail how they will fulfill their promises.(where will the money come from?)
Some of the minor parties UKIP and the Socialist Labour Party however do a breakdown which will seem extreme to some.
renationalisation, leave the EU,no replacement for Trident, cut foreign aid, cut tax evasion, more taxes on the richest

A recent Oxfam report found that the United Kingdom’s five richest families had a total wealth of £28.2bn (around $50bn) making them richer than Britain’s 12.6 million poorest residents.

The UK study follows an Oxfam report earlier this year which found that the wealth of 85 global billionaires is equivalent to that of half the world's population – or 3.5 billion people. The pope and Barack Obama have made tackling inequality a top priority for 2014, while the International Monetary Fund has warned that the growing divide between the haves and have-nots is leading to slower global growth.

Anti-poverty charity Oxfam welcomed the report, saying it shows "extreme inequality is damaging not only because it is morally unacceptable, but it's bad economics"

Do you really want to know Derek ? We don't know where the money will come from, as apart from Farage, none of the other leaders have given any clear indication. Just pointing fingers back and forth.
One thing for sure, is it is going to come from somewhere if we are going to swim rather than sink. That is why this election has to be considered very seriously, as we cannot just think about ourselves and how hard things have been for us as individuals, we have to think 'nation' and the best option for dragging us out of the pit. Unfortunately, there are so many other under issues surrounding every main issue, we don't seem to be able to break through.
So far as the wealthy are concerned, we will always have those who are mega rich , but is it assets or cash in the bank. Probably assets and when we now have multi billion dollar companies, that own about another 50 companies under their umbrella, it goes without saying. Personally, I cannot give a monkeys about the mega rich, and wouldn't want any of it. Neither would I have wanted any of the slave traders money but unfortunately, we all live off the backs of such things. So we do benefit from the mega rich.
Oxfam's findings I agree with being due to bad economics, but when so few with so much wisdom are able to xfer their money, cash in their shares, re-invest at a lower price to build and accrue more and more etc around the world in a matter of minutes, due to the wonderful ability of trading on the internet for example, it's a pretty tricky problem to solve, I would have thought.
I still think the massive increase in salaries for qualified people in the first decade of this century has much to answer for, whilst the minimum wage kept the low paid low and reduced pay in many other jobs, when re-defined under the 'job-evaluation' scheme.
Who really knows ? That's just my thoughts, someone else will have a different point of view. Can't see anything changing much in the next Parliament, whichever party gets in i.e. apart from SNP. They will kill us, and we'll all be the nasty English and they will watch us sink whilst wearing a smug smile.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.

Was watching David Cameron on the BBC news last night, going on about the economy and having people in work and getting off benefits, what a joke!
Yeah the enconomy is really going thought the roof just now! exports nil imports 100%,
As for jobs, i have a job but still have to rely on benefits to make up my low pay and pay my rent, and because of this i still have to apply for other jobs each work, turn up for work programme interviews etc even though i am classed as in work, so thats really working Mr Cameron,
And even though I'm on low pay i still pay income tax, while the company i work for and many others reel in millions each year as they only employ part time staff and don't pay any employers national insurance tax, and they you wonder why we have welfare and other cuts in the budget, and don't forget no benefit means no NI credit so no pension later on.
Yeah Mr Cameron its really working!
