so i should be able to change his status to paid

We may be 1 car or even 2 cars short of the total required.

Good News !
Ive been contacted by everyone now and they are still up
for the Rolling Road and Paying before Friday.
Joe contacted me via text saying Russ and his dad are still up for it.
Red 20 has contacted me too.
So up to now it looks like it will be going ahead.
That will be confirmed only on friday / saturday.

Okay this makes it a little difficult and akward.
As 2 people havent paid tonight.

I will have to put off paying Peco Until Monday Now
In the hope that payment comes over the weekend.
Failing that its up to Peco not me if it goes ahead,
with 8 cars Paid up front.

I hope that we can get the money from Russ x2 and the
event will go ahead. If its cancelled then everyone
will get there money back in full.

Or if anyone want to join the list?

Russ is a good lad i am sure he wil pay as long as his cars running

To get these prices we have to book in advance.
And a min of 10 cars thats basically it in a nut shell.

Advance payment being the oprative word.

I'm sure Russ is a good lad,
and maybe he will pay but i cant afford to put £50 of
my money down on a maybe.

Ive been there before, and been let down.
But i'm going out on a limb holding off till sunday.

Advanced Payment = Advance Pay up front.

I want this to go ahead as much as each of you in the
list. I hope i can get the money off Russ before monday,
that's all i'm saying.

Just been on the phone to peco and ive held them
off until Monday.

And Monday will be decision day,
unfortunatly 8 pre paid wont be enough to go ahead.

Okay you can see that there are 9 cars in the list,
as one driver hasnt paid in advance.

This is still going ahead
And the only way for this to work is if the drivers above
pay a extra £2.50 on the day per run.
Its that or we have to cancel.

The few drivers that i have spoken too want this
to go ahead as they have been preping for this day.

Sorry but its the best i can do.

How ever if we have a Driver Turning up on the day that
isnt in the list above they will be charged £30 per run.
That's what advanced payments are all about.
And if we get one more i can refund the £2.50 back
to the driver that are in the list.

I know its messy but at least its still going ahead.

If your car uses one of these make sure you bring it with
you or there wont be anything to strap your car down with.

This is for a mini apparently.


What you would do is remove a cap or even a lens
and then screw in the above.

This is so it can be towed without ripping your body work
to bits. They can be on the front or rear of a car.

If we cant strap your car down to an accesable point,
towing eye or chassi you cant do a run.

I may come along but won't know until Friday.
