I can offer advise since I worked at Halfords. Granted the parts may be 1/2months old but you were given the WRONG parts, this is down to Motorworld, its there fault there staff/suppliers have given you the wrong parts.
Go into motorworld with your head screwed on and tell them THEY have given you the wrong parts, which has cost you time and money plus inconvience - Tell them you require a full refund (Aslong as you have receipt, and parts are not damaged and also have packaging - Doesnt have to be perfect).
If they give you the '28 days refund garrentue' tell them you missed this period due to the parts not being fitted to the vehicle - Thus renfering the 28days void (You cant be expected to fit them the next day). If they insist they cant give you your money back tell them you want an exchange for the correct parts since it was there fault this all happend.
If these two methods fail ask to speak to the manager, if unavailible get the employees name (So you can tell manager the service you have recieved) and the brach adress and phone number to where he is - Drop a letter in OR ideally go in and speak to him, 9 times out of 10 they'll give in, its too much agro for them and BAD customer service which equals poor advertisment

How did you get on with this one mate ? Did motorworld refund you ? I believe Sprayforce only charged you 1 hour labour as a goodwill gesture which in my opinion is more than fair if they spent 4 hours working on the car ....... As explained its NOT sprayforces fault that motorworld supplied the incorrect parts therefore by rights they should have charged you the full 4 hours labour. Its good to see Sponsers working within sensable limits and not ripping your eyes out. Grizz isnt as bad as everyone makes out you know, PMSL

Den, I work for Cheshire Trading Standards! Backford Hall? They sold you goods you didn't specify. Say you'll contact TS, they're pretty savage, and the seller knows that. If they say 'well, phone Trading Standards then', get your phone out and ring 0845 11 333 11 there and then.
