I don't if you have this going on in England. Not as bad as this,as this would be a first I think.

Bob Burns shared Animals Australia's photo.
They emerged one by one from a hole, three metres underground. They were carried up into the sunshine and the fresh air for what may have been the first time in their lives. These dogs should never have been here – the person responsible for their care had already been banned for owning animals after previous cruelty charges. But that didn’t stop her from running a puppy factory – it just made her more careful about hiding it.

She has now been convicted again for animal cruelty, thanks to the RSPCA WA who also seized all of the animals in her ‘care’. No more dogs will suffer in this ‘dungeon’ – in total darkness, and without fresh air (www.ab.co/1kATdJE). But until she was caught, the puppies born here were being sold in pet shops and online – and those who purchased them were unwittingly lining the pockets of a convicted animal abuser. While the law finally caught up to this one puppy factory owner – countless puppy factories across Australia continue to operate without repercussions. The deprivation and suffering within their walls is often completely legal.

In truth, every puppy bought from a pet shop or online seals the fate of that puppy’s parents. Head to www.bit.ly/1rPOwzx to discover more about the secret puppy factory supply chain – and how to avoid being conned into supporting animal cruelty.

Morning Bobypam. The video is so distressing and I cannot believe how much the retail sector must be a contributory factor in this.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.

Hello granny. You are spot on about the retail sector over here, taking some of the blame. Most big shopping centers here have a pet shop with puppies of course and then some the big pet barns have them too.Hence the puppy farms, and a lot of these end up on death row. We need more people to adopt dogs from the rescue groups to put the bad puppy farms out of action for good.
Our five dogs we have had over the last 40 years have all been adopt or rescue dogs, and not a bad one among them, bless them.As soon as you adopt a rescue dog,it saves the life of another as the carer or RSPCA can save one more.
