Has anyone ever bought a car through them? Only reason I'm asking is because I've obviously seen a car, a Zafira infact. I went to Lookers in EPort yesterday and saw a Zafria also. Both cars are same spec (1.7 ecotech design 60/11 plate) mileage being 16000 on the 60 plate from Hardings and priced at £7995 and 28000 on the 11 plate at £8600. Obviously completely different prices and mileage, but I'd have thought the prices would be the other way around.
Anyway, is the reason in the prices due to the dealership, or is there something that I'm not seeing?

The 60 plate is slightly older , 1st registered between Sep10 and Feb11. The 11 plate starts in March 2011 and runs to Aug 11, so potentially 11 months different.
Could be that in that period the later version had some differences added. If you have both regs it is simple to check the 1st reg date on the DVLA website.

Hardings have been there for years and are a very good independent car sales company, I would have no hesitation in a recommendation.
