Hi,today our toilet and the washbasin next to it are blocked,they are not draining,what can I do?don't have much money so don't think we can call anyone out.

Do they both empty out into the same external drain? If so I'd check that first, might be blocked up, lot of leaves and debris moving about in this weather we've been having.

try some caustic soda, mix with water and pour down both, let it do its work
