Wallasey Motor Club Promenade Stages Rally will take place on Kings Parade New Brighton on September 7th TBC
The Promenade Stages Rally is the only closed road stage rally in the country, attracting top drivers from all over the UK to tackle this unique event with its challenging twists and turns, where being neat, tidy and precise as well as quick, can secure the win.
It offers the spectators excellent viewing of the entire stage, and allows them to get close to the cars and chat to the crews in the open service area. Vehicles range from the more commonly seen Vauxhall Corsas and restored Ford Escort MK2’s to the current day Darian Kit car’s and Ex Works World Rally Cars, as well as the spectacular four wheel drive Metro 6R4 of the 1980’s.
There is something for everyone whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular visitor.

Anyone else going? I can't wait to see a rally on a prom. Have only ever seen ones on the back roads and off-road.

Anyone know what time it starts and finishes?

Starts at 8am and finishes at 6.30pm.
It's £5 per car or £3 per person on foot and children accompanied by an adult are free.

Any more rallies in the area?

No more on the Wirral until same time next year. Im not 100% sure but I think there may be a rally in north wales somewhere

Rally GB is coming this way in November (14-17th)

Biggest rally in the UK and this year its coming up north from its usual base of Cardiff to North Wales - the start and finish being in Llandudno!!
