Ever heard the word "STRAWMAN" This word may make you think of a scarecrow standing guard over a field.
In the lawful world we live in, a strawman is alot scarier than a scarecrow & is a way for government to make 'YOU- A HUMAN BEING' fall in line to pay their Imposed taxes on us all (or about 99% of us).

Ever wonder why any official letters that are posted to you have "your name" (JON DOE) in CAPITAL LETTERS instead of the name your birth parents gave you (Jon Doe)- search the word "strawman"

Did you know a "Birth certificate" is not an actual document of legal identification to the person it states on the form but a contract between your parents & the government (one that your parents may not understand the full implications of) & once your parents sign the registration form, they no longer own that child but, the child is then handed over to the state. The government then use that birth certificate as a way to raise money for themselves & the people who control the government. This money is then paid back by the person on the birth certificate via taxes. (Over in america in 1933 they had the stock market crash... In 1934, the birth certificate was produced & all of a sudden america was prosperous once again as the certificate was a way for government to show that the money the had to borrow to right themselves again could be paid back via taxes by the person on the certificate)
The birth certificate contract states that the birth parents will raise, care for & educate that child on behalf of the government until the age of 18--ever wonder why a parent can be charged in court for not sending their child to school or the child can be taken from them if that child is not cared for properly, it's because that parent has broken the "terms" of that birth certificate contract.

I AM NOT IN ANY WAY SAYING THAT IT IS WRONG THAT THE GOVERNMENT CAN PUT A CHILD INTO CARE IF THE PARENTS TREAT A CHILD BADLY BUT, MERELY TRYING TO HIGHLIGHT WHAT THE CERTIFICATE MEANS!!!!!! search the word "strawman"

Anyway, back to the point i was making...
Ever think all the taxes i pay are excessive or unjust or unfair? search the word "strawman"

Ever heard of the word 'LEGALESE'
Do you really understand what a police officer is saying when they say " Do you understand"

Did you know any loan or mortgage you have taken out may already be paid off or that the contract is null & void on the behalf of the bank?

Ever wonder why not 1 rich banker has ever been fully charged over the banking crisis...thats because when the police came knocking at their door, if they did not identify themselves to the police as their "strawman" name, they cannot officially enter a verbal contract to persue that person as their strawman name is a fictitious name produced by governments & not the name given to you at birth.

Did you know there are only 3 laws which humans MUST live by under COMMON LAW, all the rest are made up by rich people to make themselves richer. Unless a police officer is arresting you for violation of one of these laws then, they themselves are actually unlawfully arresting you & they are actually acting on their own instead of the police force & they can find themselves violating one of the 3 COMMON LAWS.

Did you know all taxes are actually optional?

3 words for you to do some homework on, strawman commonlaw & legalese.

This is just information i have been studying, please employ a solicitor for any legal matters you may be experiencing.

Wherever this search may take you, please be careful.

Sounds very plausible, but its a fallacy please don't try it, if it were as simple as this then no solicitors would ever get arrested, I have no doubt that those in power look after themselves and when they get caught get virtually let off, and if the devil cast his net into parliament again 80% would be caught with their hands in the till that's our problem bent politictions both nationally and locally.

yeah good one. already got one though.hehe. seems quite plausible to me also. who knows? was just something i was researching. there was a legal case in America where a ex army fella was about to have his house repossessed due to non payment of his mortgage. he researched the legality of his contract & went to court. the judges ruled in favour of this bloke & he kept his house without having to pay his dues as somehow the contract was void as the bank never gave the man any of its own money for the mortgage, the money came from the money raised by his own birth certificate. therefore he had already paid his dues. Also the mortgage contract was only signed by himself & not the bank as supposedly under common law a contract cannot be made between a human & a corporation.
May need to do some more research on it. others might want to do their own research & buy ur own tin hats that Mike T has for sale.

I stand corrected. some stuff i found on the internet has been overruled by some other stuff someone else found on the internet. Any idea who wrote that rationalwiki page on strawman theory. Just wanted clarification about the publisher. All i found was a general disclaimer. I hope for the sake of us all, strawman theory is a fallacy.

check out RT.COM the 'Kaiser report' August 7th 2013. Sky channel 512. Tell me again a straw man is a fallacy.RT.COM...Its a half hour financial report. Forget bbc news forget sky news. RT tells it how things are, however abstract it may seem.watch RT a little longer than this half hour programme. its an eye opener

Do you have anything of any intellectual intelligence to add to this post? Have you actually watched the RT financial report. Do you understand the report , or do you stand-under? You may say "that's impossible'. I ask..Is it possible? With all the current information given by whistleblowers such as Bradley Manning & Edward Snowdon, there's a vast insurmountable amount of forbidden knowledge that is kept under wraps, so some blue blooded, 5th generation *****child or ******feller can make some kind of financial gain & make the rest of us think "what's happening in the world is for the good of us all" when its more about screwing the 95th percentile. those in the bottom 2.5% have nothing of any value but, those 2.5% in the upper echelons who control commerce etc control the 95%.
