I saw a tabby wandering around by the boating lake last week. It didn't seem feral, looked well fed and I assumed it belonged to someone local. I remember because it was looking for attention from any passers by and I was surprised by it's fearlessness. It even went down the steps for a closer look into the water, if it saw a fish I could imagine it jumping in.
