A permanent, full-time role for a Merchandiser has arisen within the HSGV Operations Department, reporting to Gary Richards.

Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely ordering and delivery of certain own brand and all 3rd party vouchers, gift cards and e-code products. The successful candidate will need a proven track-record in Merchandising.

The main responsibilities of the role are:-

Maintaining and developing sales and stock models to forecast demand based on trends and plans

Liaising with the sales teams in order to be aware of specific ordering requirements

Placing orders with suppliers taking into account lead times
Managing the delivery and posting of stock to ensure that orders can be met

Liaising with the warehouse management team to agree intake plans

Managing stock levels within agreed KPI’s

To be successful in this role, a candidate must have a proven track record within a merchandising role, be able to work with limited supervision, as well as being highly numerate with well-developed analytical skills.
