To be honest no i wouldnt like to do that job at all, however why some people cannot take responsibilty for their own actions is beyond me, i live alone pay all my bills run a car and im on £142 a fortnight, bills 1st eat later, [maybe]the only help i get and its only because im on a life saving drug is prescription exemption. How do i do it? when others cannot? btw i am a socialist however when banks were throwing money and credit at us left right and centre.i said no ,others may of done the same x

your single and no children so i would imagine thats easier!people with family's and mortgages ect to pay cannot survive on benefits.and im pretty sure you get housing benefit or live with parents,so you get more help than your saying.

1st of all that was rude, no i run my own flat, and so what if iv no children? some people use children for almost everything, My Mum worked all her life had 3 children to bring up on her own, father waste of space. Was never ever in debt and your talking the back end of the 60s. Trouble is we were gratful for birthday and xmas gifts, kids now are not, and have attitudes that stink[not all granted] and its very rare you hear a thank you, please etc We had very good manners and respect and were not spolit little brats

well seens as your getting 142 per fortnight, i would assume that is benefits as benefits are firstly paid every two weeks and secondly the going rate of jsa for a single person is £71pw!!!
so if your in receipt of state benefits then you will also be in receipt of housing benefit on some level also council tax help,
i myself have three children who have the "manners" you speak of....why because i was brought up well myself and have instilled these into my children who promptly thank you for something they receive from a gift to a drink of water its all the same to them.

i agree that some kids are vile with their lack of manners ect but there not my children.

you may be able to survive on what you get but add three children into the equasion and boom a whole world of unforseen expenses are thrown at you when you either least expect them and almost certainly when you cannot afford them, but we do what we do as does everyone in this current climate. what works for one wont necessarly work for someone else, but he without sin and all that.

Those coppers are in so much trouble. Trespass isn't a criminal offence, its civil. The police have interfered and attempted to guide a court appointed official. The police were clueless and that scouse bloke was just another deluded cretin like Roger Hayes, And lets not forget were he is now.... Walton i think.

But unfortunately the scouse bloke was right. Re possession has to be peaceful, if someone is there getting in your way, the bailiff has to leave. That's why most are done when the tenant is known to be out.The bailiff should have walked away instantly, and gone back when he was out. No need for the police and all the hassle.

Hi i really didnt want to offend anybody,in fact i didnt think my post would even get a response! I trust u that your children are brought up well by you and have manners, which is great to hear the point really i was making when i originally said 'people need to take responsability for their own actions' was i know a lot of people who took out credit cards for things like holidays new handbags etc!and then got the debt taken away! no i dont know what its like to bring up 3 kiddies. To answer your question yes i do get some help but it isnt much i can assure you.i dont have much[and im not moaning] but what i do have,iv had for over 15 years as iv had to take care of my furniture etc. Friends again? LOL
