Just noticed this store in Birkenhead market Hamilton Aisle. Lots of gadgets. Got myself a sock aid - no more huffing and puffing just to put my socks on. (fat bellied chap that I am)

Ah, suspenders. I think they went out at about the same time as spats.
So wrong Chriskay! Available online, cheapest price at £67 a pair including postage from USA where they are referred to as 'garters'. You can have a pair in 5-7 days!

Ah, well, Granny; they were always a bit behind the times over there. Terribly expensive! Yes, they call them garters and call braces suspenders. Two nations separated by the same language. Any spats available?
